✅ General Conduct • No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval. • Quiet hours are 9 pm – 7 am to respect neighbours. • Please keep music and TV at a reasonable volume. 🚭 Smoking & Vaping • Smoking, vaping, or burning incense/candles is not allowed indoors. • If smoking outside, please use the ashtray provided and dispose of butts responsibly. 🍽️ Kitchen & Dining • lWas dishes and wipe counters after use. • Please don’t leave food out — it can attract pests. 🛋️ Furniture & Décor • Do not move or remove furniture, artwork, or decorative pieces (e.g., guitars or ornaments are for display only). • No tacking items to the walls or using tape that might damage paint. 🧺 Laundry & Linens • Place used towels and face cloths in the laundry bag provided at checkout. • Kindly avoid using white towels to remove makeup or dye hair. 🚪 Security • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. • Return keys to the lockbox and scramble the code at checkout. 🛑 Safety • No open flames, braais, or candles inside the unit. • Only registered guests may enter the estate. 🐾 Pets • No pets unless previously agreed in writing. 🕒 Check-out • Standard check-out is by 10:00 am (or as agreed). • Ensure all lights and appliances are off, and the door is securely locked.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Accessible areas include: • The private apartment • Designated parking area (if allocated) • Common areas of the complex in line with building rules Off-limits: • Any locked storage cupboards • Maintenance or service areas • Areas not designated for guest use
